•  Preliminary phone discussion to understand the end-product objectives, site details and time-lines for supply.

•  Follow-up email to outline information gathered from the client and to request secondary information.

•  Secondary phone discussion to discuss potential selections and to get feedback on these selections.

•  Final report.
